Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra

In late January, the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) announced $438,000 in 2024 grant funding for Ohio organizations, including a combined $160,000 for the following CreativeOhio members:

BalletMet | $15,000
Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati | $15,000
Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra | $30,000
Contemporary Arts Center | $30,000
Harmony Project | $40,000
Piqua Arts Council | $10,000
Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts | $20,000

A grand total of $32 million in grant funding will be spread to arts organizations around the country.

Whether it’s the creation of new art, opportunities for the public to participate and engage in the arts, or work to better understand the impact of the arts, these grants contribute to the well-being of individuals and communities, help meet the challenges of our time, and build towards a future in which all people can lead artful lives and reach their full potential,” says NEA Chair Maria Rosario Jackson, Ph.D.
